Exit Terminal

Like the entrance terminal, the exit terminal comprises of a check-post and an exit barrier. The functions of the barrier and the inductance loops are similar to those of the entrance terminal. In the event that a short-term parking ticket has not been paid, or if the time allowed for exit has been exceeded, the barrier will not open, the client must go and pay at the cashier terminal. A PS card must not be expired, if it is, it must be paid up and after exiting the card is automatically rendered invalid. For other types of parking cards, when leaving, the vehicle must always be present in the parking area, entries and exits must alternate (provided this function is enabled). If the point-of-sale terminal is installed at the exit, the client drives the car to the point-of-sale terminal, where after having read the bar code, the DSP calculates the required amount. After having registered the payment, the barrier is opened.
